Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent in the technology sector.
  • Work closely with leadership and different teams to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Oversee the full hiring lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Improve recruitment processes using data-driven insights and best agile practices.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the selection process.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, selection techniques, and employer branding.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactivity and ability to work autonomously.
